Do you experience hormonal symptoms?
Do you experience irregular periods, acne, fatigue, or mood swings? Do you feel down, anxious, or irritable in the days leading up to your period? Or have you been diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS or PMDD, but aren’t sure what you can do on your own to reduce your symptoms?
Many women are told that hormonal symptoms are just part of life. But symptoms that recur every month or affect your daily life deserve serious attention.
At ROMEE for women, you can receive personalized support for hormonal issues, including PCOS/PMOS, PMS, PMDD, and menstrual problems. We look not only at symptoms, but also at possible underlying and contributing factors—such as diet, stress, sleep, and exercise.
During a comprehensive intake session, we’ll assess your symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history. Based on this information, we’ll develop a personalized plan with recommendations tailored to your body and daily life. Where necessary, we’ll review existing blood test results, request additional blood tests, and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
You don't have to keep dealing with symptoms without understanding where they come from. Together, we'll take the time to help you better understand your bodyand discover, step by step, what can help you.

I offer the guidance and support that I myself lacked and that I’ve seen is often missing in the mainstream healthcare system.”
I'm Eske (Romée), founder of ROMEE for women, a health scientist (MSc), and a certified therapist specializing in women's health and hormones.
In addition to my academic background and clinical experience, I also know from personal experience what it’s like to live with hormonal symptoms. When I was eighteen, I was diagnosed with PCOS (PMOS). After years of self-exploration and delving deeper into the science and practice, I came to understand my body better and better and was able to get my hormonal symptoms under control.
The combination of my professional knowledge and personal experiences has further strengthened my interest in the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on hormonal health. Ultimately, this led to the founding of ROMEE for women, where I help women better understand their bodies and address their hormonal symptoms.
