What kind of support is right for your hormonal symptoms?
Every woman is different. Whether you’re looking for guidance on PCOS/PMOS, PMS, PMDD, menstrual issues, or symptoms you associate with hormonal imbalance, the type of support that’s right for you depends on your symptoms, health history, and personal needs.
ROMEE offers guidance on hormonal health, nutrition, and lifestyle. We examine potential factors that may be influencing your symptoms and translate these insights into practical, achievable advice that fits into your daily life.
Understanding and alleviating hormonal symptoms takes time. Changes in diet and lifestyle require guidance, evaluation, and the opportunity to adopt new habits.
That’s why I work with 3- or 6-month coaching programs. This gives us time to track changes over several menstrual cycles, evaluate your progress, and adjust the coaching as needed.
You don't have to decide in advance which program is right for you. During the initial intake session, we'll discuss your situation and decide which type of counseling best addresses your symptoms and needs.

We always start with a 60-minute intake session, during which we take a thorough look at your health, symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. During this session, I’ll provide you with initial personalized advice, and together we’ll determine which of the options below—“3-Month Insight” or “6-Month Deep Dive”—best suits your situation.

From my own experience and my work with clients, I know that understanding and alleviating hormonal symptoms takes time. Changes in diet and lifestyle require not only knowledge, but also time, guidance, and support to actually put new habits into practice and maintain them in daily life.
Especially when dealing with hormonal issues, such as PCOS, PMS, and PMDD, it’s important to set aside enough time and rest. That’s why I offer coaching programs in which we work step by step toward sustainable lifestyle changes, evaluate your progress, and discover what works for you. This way, you’re not on your own, and you have the space to make changes at your own pace.
