ROMEE for women was founded by Eske (Romée) Ruijters, a health scientist (MSc) and certified therapist specializing in women’s health and hormonal issues. Using a personalized, science-based approach, she supports women with PCOS/PMOS, PMS, PMDD, menstrual issues, and other hormonal imbalances. She looks beyond just the symptoms and examines potential underlying and contributing factors to hormonal imbalance, such as diet, stress, sleep, and lifestyle. In this way, she helps women better understand their bodies and alleviate their symptoms.
